Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused portion of your product in its original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our quality control center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is documented and received safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
